Thanks for choosing The Lash Tailor. Before booking, I’d like to go over some ground rules about punctuality. If you are going to be late, please understand that your appointment will end at the scheduled time. If you are going to be later that 20 mins you will need to reschedule! You will be charged a late cancellation fee equal to 50% of your service. Your deposit will be forfeited and will go towards the 50% fee. If you wish to cancel or change your appointment, you must do so before 24 hrs of your appointment. Your deposit will be applied to your next appointment (transferable once). If you cancel within 24 hrs of your appointment, you will be charged a late cancellation fee equal to 50% of your service. If you are a no call no show, you will be charged a fee equal to 100% of your service. If you are within the guidelines then deposits will still be used towards your service. Under no circumstances will the deposit be refunded. This is in place to minimize lost revenue. Potential income will be unearned (your appointment or someone else’s who could have otherwise scheduled in your place)!
On your initial appointment with The Lash Tailor, prepare for that appointment to be about 15 minutes longer as that appointment also includes your consultation to see if you are a good fit for semi-permanent eyelash extensions. During the consult, I will also assess the condition of your natural lashes, and make recommendations.
